Bartender - Dublin 2
Independent family-owned group offering exceptional service! The Wellington Hotel in Temple Bar is currently looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team on a full-time basis.
You will be required to work in the bar of a very busy Bar & Restaurant operation located in the heart of Temple Bar within the Hotel.
- Drink Preparation: Crafting a wide range of cocktails and beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers, providing menu recommendations, and resolving any issues to enhance the dining experience.
Skills Required:
- Mixology Knowledge: Strong understanding of cocktails, wines, and spirits, with the ability to create new recipes.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
Other Requirements:
- Must have bar experience - minimum 1 year
- Have positive can do attitude
- Be flexible in terms of working weekends
- Must have great customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
