Requirements:
- Hold a level 8 honours degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
- Possess 4+ years of relevant PQS work experience
- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects at both pre and post-contract stages under the Public Works Contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Proficiency in measurement software, such as CostX and Buildsoft
- Familiarity with methods of measurement, including ARM
Role:
- Collaborate as an integral part of a team on both large and small-scale projects
- Undertake full pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying duties
