Role Purpose
We are seeking experienced and motivated skilled people to join our manufacturing team at our modular construction facility.
Successful candidates will work within their discipline to manufacture, assemble and complete modular homes and bathroom pods to the highest standards of quality, safety and productivity.
Depending on production requirements, employees may also have opportunities to develop skills in other production areas through cross-training.
As Remcoll Modular International operates in a modern factory environment, all employees are expected to perform their duties safely, maintain exceptional quality standards and contribute towards achieving production targets through a right-first-time approach.
Vacancy:
Reporting To the General Manager. Your reporting structure will be clearly communicated during your induction and when assigned to your production area.
Main Duties & Experience required:
Depending on your role, responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Carpenters
- Installing timber and composite components
- Installing and fitting the Kitchens
- Fitting floors, walls and ceilings
- Installing insulation
- Fixing internal wall boards
- Installing doors, skirting and finishing joinery
- Assisting with final module assembly
General Responsibilities for all Vacancies:
Employees may also be required to:
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Identify and report defects
- Carry out quality inspections
- Wrap and prepare completed modules for transport
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Work individually or as part of a production team
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Key Performance Indicators
Each production area has clear daily and weekly production targets. Employees contribute towards achieving these through safe, efficient and high-quality workmanship.

- Safe Pass & Manual Handling Certification is required.

Working Hours
The factory currently operates a single shift:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm Friday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Applicants must be available to work these hours. At present, employees are not expected to work alternative shifts, although operational requirements may change in future.
