Print Addiction Limited is an established garment decoration and production company based in Westport, Ireland. We specialise in printing, embroidery, and garment finishing in-house for a wide range of clients, including corporate uniform supply, public sector organisations, and our own retail and e-commerce brands such as Wild Atlantic Wear and ChristmasStockings.ie.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our production team.
The Role
This is a versatile, hands-on position within our production and retail environment, combining garment decoration, order fulfilment, and customer service.
You will work across printing and embroidery production, preparing and finishing customised garments and textile products to meet daily order requirements. Alongside this, you will support customers in-store and assist with sales, enquiries, and order processing as needed.
The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a busy environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
Speed, accuracy, and consistency are essential, particularly when working on bespoke and time-sensitive orders. Full training will be provided across all machinery, systems, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate print and embroidery machinery to produce customised garments
- Prepare artwork files and set up jobs for production
- Ensure accuracy on all personalised and branded work
- Packing, stock handling, and order fulfilment
- Maintain accuracy and quality control across all finished products
- Provide in-store customer service when required
- Handle sales, product enquiries, and customer communications by phone and email in line with company standards
- Process retail and custom order intake
- Carry out merchandising, stock replenishment, and general retail duties
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
- Work across a variety of production, fulfilment, and retail tasks depending on daily order requirements

Experience in print, embroidery, manufacturing, retail, or production is an advantage but not essential.

This is a fast-paced production role with daily deadlines. It suits someone who enjoys working efficiently, learning quickly, and maintaining high levels of accuracy in a structured workshop environment.
This role may be offered on a fixed-term basis depending on workload, with potential for extension for the right candidate based on performance and business needs.
