We are seeking a responsible, safety‑focused Multi‑Drop Delivery Driver to deliver products promptly and professionally to our customers nationwide. This role requires a strong commitment to safe driving practices, excellent customer service, and representing our company to the highest standard at every delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Safe & Efficient Delivery
- Deliver a wide range of products to multiple customer locations across various routes nationwide.
- Follow planned routes, schedules, and delivery procedures to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Adhere strictly to all road safety laws, company driving policies, and Health & Safety standards.
Vehicle Operation & Maintenance
- Safely load, unload, inspect, and operate company delivery vehicles.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects immediately.
- Maintain the vehicle in clean, road‑worthy condition at all times.
Customer Service
- Provide a positive, professional customer experience at every delivery.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers and colleagues.
- Represent the company brand through professional conduct, appearance, and service.
Compliance & Reporting
- Complete all required delivery logs, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards at all times.
- Escalate any delivery issues, delays, or safety concerns promptly.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver (3–5 years).
- Valid, clean B‑class driver’s licence.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong organisation and time‑management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy levels.
- Forklift licence (advantage).
- Strong awareness of health, safety, and manual handling regulations.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to safety and service excellence.
