About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to support clinical leadership within the nursing home. You will help maintain excellent standards of care while supporting the Person in Charge (PIC) with staff management and resident wellbeing. This role is ideally suited to nurses currently living in Ireland who have relevant clinical experience and are passionate about providing exceptional care to older persons.

Key Responsibilities
-
Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
-
Support the management and supervision of nursing staff
-
Assist the PIC with clinical operations and compliance
-
Safeguard residents and promote dignity and respect
-
Maintain high standards aligned with HIQA regulations
- Registered General Nurse with an active NMBI PIN
-
Currently living in Ireland and eligible to work in Ireland

4 years previous nursing home, older persons' care, rehabilitation or acute hospital experience desirable

Knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care practices is advantageous

Excellent clinical, communication and documentation skills

Strong leadership, teamwork and organisational abilities

Passionate about caring for older people and enhancing quality of life

Flexible to work a range of shifts, including days, nights and weekends across a 7-day roster
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and professional experienced nurse with a commitment to delivering exceptional resident care. You will be confident working within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrate sound clinical judgement, and be dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice. Applicants must hold an active NMBI registration and be currently eligible to work in Ireland. Experience working within the Irish healthcare system is essential.
