We are looking for vibrant, high-energy Street Sales Representatives to join our team and bring the buzz of the Laughter Lounge directly to the streets of Dublin!
The Role
If you love chatting with people, have a magnetic personality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the gig for you. You will be stationed at busy, high-footfall areas in Dublin City Centre, engaging with locals and tourists alike to pitch and sell tickets for our weekend comedy shows.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Bringing the Energy: Act as the face and voice of the Laughter Lounge on the streets.
- Engaging the Crowd: Approaching people, starting conversations and spreading the word about Dublin's best night out.
- Closing Sales: Using your charm and product knowledge to sell comedy tickets directly to customers using our mobile payment systems.
- Hitting Targets: Crushing your sales goals to unlock that juicy commission.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fearless Communicators: You’re not afraid to approach strangers and strike up a conversation.
- Resilient & Positive: Rejection doesn't phase you - you treat every "no" as just one step closer to a "yes!"
- The "Craic" Factor: An outgoing, bubbly and enthusiastic personality is essential.
- Reliable: You’re dependable, punctual, and ready to work every Friday and Saturday afternoon/evening.
- Previous experience in face-to-face sales, promo work, or hospitality is a major plus, but the right attitude is what matters most!
