VetSit are hiring a full-time driver and Animal Care Assistant to work within our busy fast paced Boarding and Doggy Daycare facility in South Dublin.
Shifts vary but are usually from 7.00-17.00 or 7.00-12.00
We pride ourselves on providing the highest standard of care to the dogs that stay with us. We do everything in our power to make their stay safe and comfortable. The ideal candidate will love and be confident around dogs, will have good attention for detail and cleanliness.
We accomplish this by doing the following: Monitoring Health Conditions & Behavioural Issues, Feeding, Cleaning, Walking, Administrating Medication, and Maintaining Equipment. You will be required to primarily clean and also supervise the dogs in our boarding and day-care.
Full training is provided however previous animal handling experience is essential
Experience:
- Animal Care: 1 year (preferred)
- Has previously owned or does own a dog
- Experience driving a Renault Traffic or similar
Pay: €14.15-€15.50 per hour
