Location: Dublin City Centre
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 16:30 or 09:15 - 18:15 with unpaid break with occasional out of hours work for events.

About you:
Experience of soft services in a commercial building.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt these skills at all levels of the business.
The ability to work on their own initiative and prioritise their workload.
Highly resilient and flexible with a demonstrated willingness to take on a calm and methodical decision-making approach to any issues arising within their area.

Key responsibilities:
Liaise and coordinate mail deliveries with internal and external postal operators.
Undertake general housekeeping activities as per contract scope and as directed by Mitie & the client.
To manage incoming and outgoing deliveries etc.
To take a pro-active approach to enhancing the facilities services delivered to the client.
Ensure daily building checks are carried out and any issues identified are reported and addressed.
Ensure meeting room set ups are captured and implemented to client expectations.
Ensure that communication is maximised at all levels and represents the professional image of the company.
Liaising and communicating with client staff, dealing with requests in a timely and professional manner.
Act with due care for the Health and Safety of yourself, other employees, the public and comply with any guidelines set down by the companies Health and safety Policy.
Assisting in the identification of performance improvement opportunities including cost savings and sustainability initiatives.
Challenge existing processes, introducing new approaches to improve the quality and efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
Assist the overall contract when required though ad-hoc duties.
