Passionate baker required for a day time position at our award winning wholesale bakery. Previous bakery or kitchen experience desired. Knowledge of sourdough and slow fermentation an advantage. All candiates considered . Full training provided. Role will involve the mixing of doughs, molding, shaping and preparation of preferments and starter cultures. This is a hands on physical role. Typical shift 8am to 4pm.
