Job Purpose
To provide an efficient, accurate and customer-focused workplace support service across mail, courier, stationery, records management and reprographics. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients and colleagues, ensuring service standards and deadlines are met, and contributing to a professional and responsive customer experience at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide a responsive, professional and customer-focused service that builds confidence and delivers a positive client experience.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and colleagues, managing queries, requests and issues promptly and effectively.
- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally, escalating where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver day-to-day corporate mailroom services, including incoming and outgoing mail, courier activity and internal distribution, to agreed service levels.
- Receive inbound couriers and arrange outbound courier bookings accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare mail and documents for digital scanning and process hard copy items into electronic format where required.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure mail, scanned documents and records are accurate, complete and handled in line with procedures.
- Meet service standards, deadlines and team objectives while working collaboratively to support the wider operation.
Candidate Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and support colleagues.
- Able to work accurately under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines while remaining calm and professional.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively in both written and verbal formats with a wide range of audiences.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Knowledge of UK and international mailing arrangements is desirable.

Pay: €30,030.00-€32,000.00 per year
