Located in Foxford Co. Mayo, The Moy Hotel are currently hiring an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager on a full time basis. The suitable candidate should have a dynamic outgoing personality with a real can do attitude, not be afraid to use their own initiative and be a great team player.
Responsibilities
- Greet guest's on their arrival and seat them appropriately.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of all items on the menu, both food and beverages.
- Help Bar Manager oversee daily operations and Staff training
- Creating drink Menu's
- Stocking up the bar and preparing for service.
- Clearing down after service.
- Excellent attitude towards customer service.
- Adhere to Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering procedures.
- To handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, efficient manner.

Requirements
- At least 2 years previous experience work as Bar/Restaurant Staff with some Managerial experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Strong customer service skills essential.
- The successful candidate must be available to work mid-week and weekend shifts.
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
