Cora is a busy, modern restaurant in the heart of Lucan Village, built around great food, speciality coffee and genuinely excellent hospitality.
As the business continues to grow, we're looking for exceptional Front of House people to join our team.
We're not looking for someone who simply wants to take orders and clear tables. We're looking for people who understand that great hospitality is about making people feel welcome, knowing the details and taking pride in every part of the guest experience.

The Role
You'll be at the heart of the Cora experience, working closely with both our kitchen and front of house teams to deliver consistently excellent service.
You'll be responsible for:
- Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
- Delivering attentive, knowledgeable and professional table service
- Taking orders and confidently talking guests through our food and drinks
- Preparing and serving high-quality speciality coffee
- Maintaining exceptional standards throughout service
- Working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Keeping the restaurant clean, organised and looking its best
- Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive team culture
- Helping us continually improve the way we look after our guests
Who we're looking for
We're interested in good hospitality professionals, regardless of whether you're looking for a long-term career or the flexibility of part-time work.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a quality restaurant, café or hospitality environment
- A genuine passion for food, coffee and hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence dealing with customers in a busy environment
- A positive, energetic approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and reliable approach
- The ability to work as part of a close-knit team
Speciality coffee and barista experience would be a major advantage.
We're particularly interested in people who want to develop their hospitality skills and progress with a growing business. For the right candidate, we will invest in training and development.
