Deli Assistant + Till Operator + Floor Staff
Brown Sugar Café is looking for Full Time Deli & Floor Staff for our busy cafe located above Dalys Supervalu Park Road, Killarney.
The role comprises several core functions including but not limited to:
- Preparation and portioning of food products
- Serving Customer Order and Clearing Tables
- Operate cash register, taking food orders and handling payments
- Ensure Customer areas remain clean and tidy
- Re-stock items throughout shift as needed
- Prior knowledge of HACCP and Health and Safety advantageous
- Attention to detail and cleanliness is essential. Prioritise and organise tasks and self to meet customer service requirements while maintaining a clean workstation and dining area
- Operate deli equipment safely and efficiently
The ideal candidate:
- Cleanliness/Organisation is essential in this role
- Experience working in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent timekeeping is a key requirement
- Effective teamwork and communication skills is essential
- Fluent English, both oral and written
- HACCP training would be advantageous

Pay: €11.00-€14.65 per hour
