Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience: 7–10+ years managing manufacturing operations, budgets, and teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build structure, systems, and teams in a startup or rapid-growth environment.
- Preferred: Background in polymer/plastics manufacturing, recycling operations, or facility launches.
The Role
Enrich Environmental Limited is launching a new operation to transform recycled materials into high-quality plastics. We need an experienced leader to drive this facility from startup to scale-up, owning all aspects of production, quality, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Oversee and optimize all manufacturing processes, equipment, and material streams.
- Performance: Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, environmental, and production targets.
- Finance: Manage the facility's operating budget, forecasting, and cost management.
- People: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing, safety-first production team.
- Quality: Partner with the sales team to ensure end-products meet customer and market expectations.
