Situated in the centre of Ireland's leading racecourse, Leopardstown is in a fantastic location in South Dublin. Leopardstown Golf Centre is home to over 2,500 lady golfers as well as housing Ireland's largest driving range. There are 75 bays all using Trackman Technology with 59 screens in total. Leopardstown Golf Centre also has a Golf Academy offering expert tuition, an 80-seater cafe, a McGuirks Golf store and custom fit bay, The Fitness Lab personal training studio as well as Tier One, a financial services company. In July 2026, our brand new padel courts were opened. 4 x State of the art Jubo Full Panoramic courts have been installed increasing the fantastic facilities in Leopardstown.
We are looking for a Driving Range and Golf Course Assistant to assist in the smooth running of our busy 18-hole golf course, Ireland's largest driving range & our brand new 4 padel court development. This is a Permanent (Part Time) 20 hours per week position.
Key Responsibilities:

Clear baskets and golf balls on driving range
-
Drive ball picker and collect golf balls on the range

Transfer golf balls collected into the trailer

Wash the golf balls and transfer them to the ball dispensing machines

Show safety and courtesy to customers when carrying out your duties

Waste management in the driving range, reception and car park areas to include cardboard compacting and recycling.

Collect tokens and baskets periodically.

Liaise with reception staff and golf professionals with regard to distribution of golf balls.

Some grass cutting and maintenance required as directed by line manager.

Assist in the running of padel including maintenance and cleaning as required

Undertake any other duties commensurate with your capabilities and as directed by your line manager.
