SSP Construction is now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on projects based in Dublin.
A company vehicle is included and we offer working from home opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Carry out all QS duties in a competent manner.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans
- Assist with tendering and procurement of subcontractors
- Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports
- Manage variations, valuations, and interim applications
- Support the preparation of final accounts
- Work closely with site teams to track progress and costs
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures
- Ad-hoc duties when required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- A third level qualification in a construction discipline is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills.
