The Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Floor Staff to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their skills in a high-standard dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wines, and drinks
- Support bar operations, including preparing and serving beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the floor and bar areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Ensure a consistently high standard of guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Interest in food, wine, and hospitality
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
