Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales department.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets across new and used vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell new and used vehicles in line with agreed monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, clearly explaining features, performance, benefits, and finance options.
- Effectively manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, pricing, campaigns, and competitor offerings.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Report to the Sales Manager on performance, objectives, and sales activities.
- Contribute positively to the overall success and energy of the sales team.
The Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years’ experience in a sales role (motor industry experience preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Highly motivated, professional, and target-driven.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Full, clean driving licence.
