Job Description
The Care Supervisor will manage our clients home care service requirements across Dublin- Mid Leinster . This role is field and Dublin Office based.
Candidate must be able to work in all above areas (Dublin - Mid Leinster)
You will be responsible for:
- Ensure care staff rosters are prepared on a timely basis and communicated to staff.
- Familiarizing with care staff team to enhance the client and staff matching process
- Guide and Support the care staff to deliver effective services to our service users.
- Implement, observe, review and update care plans
- Monitoring, mediating, and logging both client and staff activity, and following up on staff assignments and client service
- Report to and communicate with the management team
- Actively encouraging contact between staff & clients and the office
- Ensure all support hours are covered including staff absences.
- Accurately entering and maintaining client and staff records in compliance with company policy.
- Dealing with emergency situations decisively and effectively
- Sharing on call duties as part of a team
-Assisting with all office paper work in timely manner
-Ability to Provide cover to Carer Support Staff
You will need to possess the following:
- Previous qualification in Healthcare level 5+ or Social Care Qualification / part qualification / Full Level 5/6 Health Care Award
-Full driving License
-Experience working in Home Care/Health care
-Applicants with Previous Caring Experience, Qualifications and Scheduling Experience would be considered
-Good Office/Administration Skills
-Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
