Homesavers are currently recruiting for Retail Assistants and Team Leader to join our team in Homesavers Newcastle West, County Limerick.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering day-to-day retail operations along with supporting retail leaders.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the store team to:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Replenish stock, maintain displays, and ensure product availability
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with deliveries, stock handling, and inventory counts
- Open and close the store, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed
- Follow till procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions and store controls
- Support and guide team members during shifts and ensure adherence to procedures
- Assist in training new staff and developing talent within the current team
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience in leading a team (a must for Team Leader role)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, with flexible availability
- Ability to deliver standards and results
- Retail experience is an advantage to have
