We are seeking an experienced Painter & Panel Beater to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicle bodywork, replacing and aligning panels, preparing surfaces, colour matching, spray painting, and delivering high-quality finishes to manufacturer and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and repair vehicle body damage.
- Remove dents and replace damaged panels.
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Mix and match paint colours accurately.
- Apply paint and protective coatings using spray equipment.
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and customer standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter and Panel Beater.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair and refinishing techniques.
- Ability to use relevant tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
