McGettigan's Hotel is currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Hotel Receptionists to join our friendly and dynamic team on both a full-time and part-time basis.
Previous experience working in a hotel reception environment is essential. Experience using the Hotsoft reservation system would be an advantage.

Assisting the Front Office Manager and reception team in the smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk

Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently

Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally

Delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

Processing payments and handling cash accurately

Promoting and upselling hotel facilities and services

Following all front office procedures and standards
