About the Role
Shellfish Ireland is seeking to recruit Seafood Processors to join our seafood processing facility in Castletownbere, Co. Cork. Successful candidates will be involved in the processing, grading, preparation, packing and handling of seafood products in accordance with food safety and quality standards.
Essential Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding work in a chilled processing environment.
Good attention to detail and quality standards.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
Desirable Requirements
Previous experience in seafood processing, fish filleting, food production, meat processing or factory work.
Experience working in HACCP or food safety-regulated environments.
Manual handling experience.
