Project Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your knowledge and experience in construction and maintenance of buildings, equipment and services, building regulations and guidelines.
- Ensure full co-ordination between specifications and drawings.
- Compile project reports, technical submittals, requests for information & misc. documentation.
- Deliver projects with the highest quality, ensuring that QA documents are produced and maintained.
- Liaise with main contractors & consultants to deliver mechanical design and co-ordinate with all other disciplines in terms of mechanical requirements and the mechanical discipline’s influence on all others.
- Use IT systems to keep track of documentation and progress.
- Manage and monitor sub-contractors to ensure progress & guidelines are maintained.
- Attend site meetings, walkdowns, and handovers.
- Set high standards of leadership in promotion of health and safety procedures and best practices, always ensuring compliance with Company procedures and legal obligations for safe construction.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience in construction.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to prepare reports and necessary paperwork.
Salary: €65k - €75k depending on experience
Pay: €65,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
