- Enjoys mentoring and guiding other engineers
What you need to have
- At least 7+ years of experience in software development
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Redux
- Experience working with cloud-native environments such as Azure and Kubernetes
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable large-scale solutions
- Good understanding of DevOps practices
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience leading teams or mentoring engineers would be an added advantage
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- Work directly with our Nordic customers & their partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
- Work, learn and lead in a remote agile team environment
