Kitchen Porter – 25+ Hours Per Week
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced Kitchen Porter to join our friendly team in a busy café kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping a kitchen running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is essential.
- Experience working as a Kitchen Hand, including assisting with basic food preparation.
- A strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Someone who is dependable, organised, and happy to take initiative.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the chef with food preparation.
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Carrying out tasks delegated by the chef to support the smooth running of the kitchen.
- Helping with general kitchen porter duties in a busy café environment.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and ready for service.

Eligibility to work:
- Applicants must have a valid PPS Number.
- If applicable, a valid and in-date Irish Residence Permit (IRP) card (formerly GNIB) is required.
- All visa and permission-to-work documentation must be valid and up to date.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Ireland.
