We are looking for sound, talented and dynamic experienced bartenders to join our team at Tapped Late Bar and Kitchen. This role is a 4-day working week. Responsibilities: Upholding a constant level of staff productivity Ongoing staff training in craft beer, cocktails, spirits, wine & food items Ensuring quality & safety controls are followed Keeping the food and beverage department constantly organised & checklists adhered to Nurturing a positive working environment and leading by example Complying with all company policies and procedures Maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment & equally making use of downtime effectively Till and safe count opening and closing Key Holder Keeping staff motivated Ensuring correct breaks are taken in a timely manner Assigning sections and delegating tasks Requirements: Experience within a high-volume venue is essential Flexibility with shift times Committed to continual personal improvement and advancement in their profession A keen eye for detail A hands-on natural leader Level-headed/sensible and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humour Approachable with excellent people skills Superior customer service skills Previous experience and strong knowledge of food and beverage essential Strong communicator Strong knowledge of craft beer is desirable but not essential
