Role Purpose
This is a full-time role for an experienced Corporate Sales Account Manager. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships. This hybrid role is based in Dublin but allows for some work from home flexibility.
The Corporate Sales Account Manager will work in our commercial team to develop new opportunities for our managed IT and managed security services.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales Account Management – covering all aspects of the customer relationship:
- Managing a portfolio of existing accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Regular communication with existing customers to maintain strong relationships.
- Generating new business in existing accounts.
- Managing new business opportunities from marketing through the sales cycle to closure.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain positive and proactive line of communication between the lines of business as well as senior leadership; includes developing and delivering accurate forecast and attainment details during weekly and quarterly business reviews.
- Capacity to work on cross-functional projects and teams as needed as well as using internal resources to problem-solve.
Eligibility – Skills, Qualifications & Experience
The candidate must have the following:
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask is critical.
- Minimum of three year’s experience in a senior account management role with solution selling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Must be a team player, able to co-ordinate and work closely with the rest of the sales and technical teams.
- Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks.
- Good general understanding of technology industry – products and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence external/internal stakeholders.
- Passion for technology
- Highly motivated, goal oriented and self-starter
Key Performance Indicators
- Driving sales opportunities in existing clients. Annual sales target measured quarterly.
- Annual MRR growth target, measured quarterly.
- Working with new sales opportunities to acquire new clients.
