About the Role
At Four Star Pizza, our people make the difference. As a Team Member & Delivery Driver, you’ll play a dual role in keeping customers happy – whether you’re preparing pizzas in store, serving with a smile, or delivering hot, fresh food straight to our customers’ doors.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety: part of your shift will be spent as a team member in-store, and part will be on the road delivering orders.
What You’ll Be Doing
In-Store
- Preparing pizzas and other menu items to Four Star Pizza standards
- Serving customers at the counter, by phone, and online
- Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
- Supporting with stock management, deliveries, and store upkeep
- Working as part of a team to keep service smooth and efficient
On the Road
- Delivering orders promptly, safely, and with excellent customer service
- Handling cash and card payments when required
- Representing Four Star Pizza in the community with a friendly and professional attitude
- Looking after your vehicle and ensuring it’s roadworthy for each shift
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy trading periods
- A full driving licence, valid insurance, and access to your own car, motorbike, or scooter
- Good local area knowledge and confidence navigating delivery routes
- Ability to work under pressure during busy shifts
- Previous hospitality, retail, or delivery experience is helpful, but not essential – full training is provided
