We are looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to provide administrative & operational support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will help streamline processes, manage documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, customers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, filing & correspondence.
- Manage & update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data.
- Working with the sales team to track sales leads, opportunities, orders & pipeline activities.
- Generate & maintain regular sales & performance reports.
- Respond to client inquiries & follow up on pending sales activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations & sales documentation.
- Coordinate between sales, operations, finance & customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Contribute to improving sales process & efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales administration, sales support or office administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite).
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
