We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Person to join our team with an immediate start.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Work well as part of a friendly and professional team.
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working behind a busy bar.
- Have cocktail-making experience (an advantage).
- Be reliable, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, to a high standard.
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Handle customer payments accurately.
- Clean and maintain glassware, bar equipment, and work areas.
- Receive deliveries and manage the beer store and stock levels.
- Ensure the bar is clean, well-stocked, and operates in accordance with hygiene and licensing regulations.
