Responsibilities & Attributes
- Work towards completing their QFA examinations which are fully paid for by the company.
- Work alongside Financial Advisors, learning all the financial products, processes & regulation.
- Have a strong, confident phone voice while speaking to customers
- Utilize a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Be very competitive and motivated by internal career advancement opportunities.
- Willing to undertake Financial Services coaching & practice new sales techniques.
- Computer literacy essential.
- Previous sales experience is a must.
Full employee training will be provided.
Successful candidates will work towards securing a recognised qualification in Financial Services (QFA) which is fully paid for.
