What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail or another customer-facing environment is beneficial but not essential
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- A friendly and approachable personality
- A desire to develop new skills and grow your career
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering friendly, efficient and genuine customer service with every interaction
- Maintaining excellent product quality, availability and presentation standards
- Keeping the shop clean, organised and fully stocked throughout the day
- Following food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Working as part of a team to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere
- Supporting smooth day-to-day shop operations during busy trading periods
- Acting as a role model for Pret’s values and behaviours
