Event Coordinator
High Tide is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of events from concept through to completion. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a genuine passion for events who thrives on organisation, loves problem-solving, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, collaborative team. Someone who loves travelling and seeing the full lifecycle of an event from start to finish.
Pre-Event
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept through to delivery
- Prepare project plans and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, and vendors to source quotes, confirm bookings, and manage logistics
- Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and attendee communications, including building and managing registration pages
- Coordinate event materials such as signage, name badges, gift bags, and printed collateral
- Prepare and maintain administrative documentation for events, including client information and event procedure documents
- Provide general administrative support to the wider events team
- Bring great attention to detail to all communications and event delivery
Onsite
- Attend events, helping with set-up and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Act as a point of contact for guests, speakers, and suppliers on the day
Post-Event
- Support post-event activities including feedback collection, reporting, and supplier reconciliation
- Keep records accurate and up to date across shared trackers, calendars, and project management tools
What We're Looking For
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine willingness to learn
- Experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator who's comfortable liaising with suppliers, colleagues, and guests
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure during live events
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, and project management tools
- Willing to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for event delivery, with flexibility around workdays and hours as the business requires
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines without losing sight of the details
- Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solution-oriented and creative, always focused on delivering a great customer experience
- Well organised, with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
Pay: €28,300.00-€32,800.00 per year
