Junior Property Maintenance Assistant
Property Genie is seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Property Maintenance Assistant to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some hands-on experience who is eager to develop their skills and build a career in property maintenance. Full training will be provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as previous experience.

Experience:
Some experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related trade is desirable but not essential.
Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:
- Carpentry
- Painting and decorating
- General repairs and maintenance
- Basic plumbing
- Tiling
- Landscaping or outdoor maintenance
