Site Foreman / Site Manager
Due to continued growth, Logden Construction Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced Site Foreman / Site Manager to join our expanding team.
We deliver a wide range of residential, commercial and public sector projects throughout Mayo. We are looking for an organised, motivated individual who can take ownership of projects, manage multiple sites, and lead our teams to deliver work safely, on time and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate multiple construction sites simultaneously.
* Plan and oversee day-to-day site operations.
* Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors.
* Ensure projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors across multiple projects.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers and company management.
* Maintain accurate site records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Identify and resolve site issues proactively to keep projects progressing efficiently.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Site Manager.
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
* Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
* Ability to motivate teams and maintain high standards of workmanship.
* Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Safe Pass required.
* Full clean driving licence.

Pay: €45,839.89-€73,361.00 per year
