We are excited to announce that we are expanding our team at Ballyhass Childcare Facility CLG, P51 AT21. We are seeking fun, enthusiastic School Age Childcare Practitioner (10-15 hrs term time). The working hours are between 2.45pm and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Requirement:
- Available to cover shifts between 2.45pm and 5pm
- A passion for working with children
- Ability to work as part of a team and to work on own initiative
- Commitment to Continuous Professional Development
- Two written references for verification
- Garda Vetting completed prior to starting
Desirable:
- Minimum Qualification: FETAC/QQI level 5
- Manual Handling, First Aid and Food Hygiene Training
- 2 years’ experience working in a childcare environment
- A working knowledge of Aistear and Siolta
- Experience using a programme (eg. Child Paths, Little Vista) for record keeping
