We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Green Isle Foods. This role is responsible for managing a defined territory across Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Leitrim and Roscommon, focusing on both grocery and convenience store channels. The successful candidate will execute a 100% weekly journey plan, drive sales performance, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and cover the assigned territory (Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Leitrim and Roscommon) in line with a 100% weekly journey plan
- Visit grocery, convenience, retail outlets and distributors daily to promote and sell products.
- Achieve or exceed KPIs including sales targets, availability, distribution and presell performance while growing market share within the assigned territory.
- Maximise product visibility, distribution and on-shelf availability across all assigned stores.
- Execute brand activation plans, promotional campaigns and planograms in line with company standards.
- Deliver excellent in-store execution, ensuring all promotions and displays comply with company standards
- Identify and capitalize on incremental sales opportunities within stores
- Report risks and provide actionable solutions to the line manager
- Accurately record KPI audits and store visit data..
- Monitor stock levels and secure appropriate orders to maximise product availability and minimise out of stocks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, other key stakeholders and new customers.
- Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities and consumer feedback
- Execute instore promotions, merchandising and monitor in-store sampling activities to ensure company standards are maintained and brand representatives deliver an excellent consumer experience.
- Process customer orders using company tablet/PC and retail ordering systems ensuring accurate ordering, product availability and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, customer interactions, store audits and orders using company reporting system

Experience Required
- Previous experience in field sales, business-to-business (B2B), or FMCG sales
- Experience working in grocery and/or convenience retail is a strong advantage
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
