The Q Cafe Company is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team as a Kitchen Porter in North Dublin Unit.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and dining areas.

Ensure the wash-up area is maintained to a high standard, with all crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and utensils cleaned, sanitised, and stored correctly.

Accept, check, and correctly store deliveries.

Maintain all storage areas in a clean, organised, and safe condition.

Segregate waste and recycling in accordance with company procedures.

Take ownership of waste management records and ensure compliance requirements are met.

Support the kitchen team with general duties as required.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
