The Woodford Dolmen Hotel is looking to recruit experienced Bartending staff for their busy hotel and function bars.
Reporting to: Bar Manager
As Bar personnel you will be required to provide a friendly and efficient service within the bar, food & beverage orders accurately, with courtesy to the standard required according to legislation.
Main Duties:
- Always ensure friendly and courteous behaviour towards guests and each other
- Provide guests with strong knowledge of products we offer
- You are responsible for the efficient dispensing and servicing of beverages and food if required
- Communicate and promote our services and facilities to guests as required
- To ensure that the guests’ needs, and requirements are met
- Maintain that all beverages are served at the highest standard
- To ensure that the bar areas is always kept clean
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests, and other persons on the premises
- Maintaining the bar/s are always stocked and fully ready for use and service
- Report for duty on time and in the correct uniform, as per hotels grooming policy
- Follow and deliver HACCP regulations and guidelines
- Carry out any other duties as may be notified to you by management.
To be aware and comply with company policies for example: Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene (HACCP), Customer Care & Security, Manual Handling, Dignity at Work.

Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Bartender
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Previous experienced in a similar job role desired but not required as training will be provided
