St Christophers Services CLG is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across our Residential, Day and Respite settings.
Garden / Maintenance Worker
Specified Purpose Post 1 year - 25 hours per week
Duties include:

Maintaining gardens and outdoor areas (mowing, hedging, weeding)

Ensuring pathways and communal spaces are clean, safe, and accessible

Power washing and general outdoor upkeep

Carrying out basic household maintenance and minor repairs

Working in a way that upholds the dignity, safety, and wellbeing of all service users

Adhering to all safeguarding policies and procedures, remaining vigilant to and reporting any concerns relating to the safety or welfare of service users
Requirements:

Reliable with a strong work ethic
-
Good level of physical fitness and general health, suitable for manual and outdoor work

Ability to work independently and outdoors

A respectful, patient approach with an awareness of working in a care environment

Understanding of the importance of dignity, safety, and service user wellbeing
-
Experience preferred but not essential
Full driving licence
