Healthcare Assistant
About Us:
Tender Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to support young people aged 16–18 years in our residential care services.
Responsibilities:
In this rewarding role, you will provide day-to-day care and support, helping to promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of young people in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment. You will assist with daily living activities, encourage positive behaviours, support independence, and help young people develop essential life skills.
Requirements:
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Social Care, or equivalent
- Experience working with young people or vulnerable individuals (desirable)
- Full driving licence (desirable)
- Eligibility to work in Ireland (desirable)
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
Hours: 39 per week
