What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound calls — helping customers with policy renewals and new cover
- Learning professional sales and negotiation techniques through side-by-side mentorship
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
What you need
- Irish Leaving Certificate or LCA
- 6–12 months in any customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar)
- A friendly, professional phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
- Based within commuting distance of South Dublin
Desirable
- A background in door-to-door sales makes this a great transition role
