Product Manager – Core Platform & AI

Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

We are working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS RegTech company that is investing heavily in platform innovation and AI-driven product development. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape the future of a scalable enterprise platform and drive the delivery of AI-powered capabilities.

The Role
This is a senior product management opportunity focused on core platform components, technical product strategy, and AI-enabled solutions. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and Executive leadership to define and deliver innovative products for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for core platform capabilities.
Lead platform and AI-related product initiatives from concept through delivery.
Work closely with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, data models, and platform architecture.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and shape product direction.
Drive alignment across multiple product teams and business functions.
Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing SaaS solutions.

Requirements

8+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience building AI-powered products and features.
Strong technical product management background.
Experience with APIs, integrations, data models, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
Experience in FinTech, RegTech, Compliance Technology, or related B2B SaaS environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI technologies and tools such as Claude, Cursor, and related GenAI ecosystems.
Financial services or regulatory technology domain experience.
Experience working with enterprise-scale software platforms.
