David Walsh Civil Engineering Ltd is a family-owned business, providing a wide range of high-quality civil engineering, utility infrastructure and residential construction services and solutions throughout Ireland.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a Project Manager to work on a variety of civil engineering, infrastructure and Design & Build projects under long-term public-sector and utility frameworks.
This is a full-time, office-based role suited to someone who enjoys being involved across several live projects, working closely with site teams, design teams and management to help bring projects from planning through to completion.
Minimum Requirements:
· Construction or Engineering related qualification, or relevant experience.
· 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
· Experience in civils, infrastructure, utilities or public-sector works would be an advantage.
· Strong technical, organisational and communication skills.
· Competency in progress reporting, programme updates and project documentation.
· Familiarity with BCAR, Safety Files, O&M documentation or commissioning would be an advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
· Manage project reporting, programme updates and general project coordination.
· Attend project meetings, design coordination meetings and occasional site visits.
· Coordinate technical queries, design logs, project files and SharePoint uploads.
· Assist with commissioning, Safety File, O&M and BCAR documentation.
· Support HSQE monthly reporting and project record keeping.
· Provide technical and commercial input on tenders, programmes and project submissions.
· Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, site teams and management.

This is an office-based role at our head office in Castledermot, working closely with our commercial and management teams in a professional and friendly work environment.
