An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Product Marketing Manager to join a global leader in the electronics manufacturing sector, supporting innovative fire and life safety solutions distributed worldwide.
Based at a global headquarters in Shannon, this role will join an established marketing team and focus on creating compelling marketing programs, content, and collateral to support an expanding international customer and partner network. The successful candidate will also oversee the management and execution of a Global Partner Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product Management teams to develop market entry strategies and product launch plans.
- Manage and grow the Global Partner Program, developing joint marketing initiatives with international partners.
- Create engaging content including case studies, brochures, white papers, presentations, fact sheets, blogs, and digital assets.
- Support sales teams with effective customer-facing marketing materials.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, printers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality marketing content.
- Manage and maintain marketing asset libraries for internal teams and partners.
- Analyse campaign and collateral performance using key metrics and insights.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Ensure consistency across all branding, messaging, and communications.
Candidate Profile
- Third-level qualification in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Marketing, ideally within a global B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Adobe, Illustrator, Canva, and WordPress.
- Experience managing external agencies and outsourced creative services.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, editorial, and proof-reading abilities.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Creative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Additional language skills would be advantageous.
