Job Title: Events Manager (Graduate Role)

Job Summary:
ClubSpot Events is a leading fundraising and events company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality events for sports clubs and non-profit organisations across Ireland. We are now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events Manager (Graduate Role) to support our Events Management team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in events, gain hands-on experience, and play a key role in ensuring events are delivered to a consistently high standard.
The role involves regular weekend work, attendance at live events, and close collaboration with our Events Managers and wider operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Support & Delivery:
- Support Events Managers in the planning, preparation, and delivery of events.
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure events run smoothly and professionally.
- Attend a minimum of 35 events per year, primarily taking place at weekends.
- Assist with on-site event setup, pack-down, and logistics, including sound, lighting, screens, and props.
- Help prepare, load, and organise the event van, equipment, and materials, with additional office days required when needed.
Event Operations:
- Assist with venue setup, event flow, and general event management on the day.
- Support the management of staff and volunteers during events.
- Assist with counting, packing, and storing equipment and props post-event.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with Events Managers to support their events and workload.
- Collaborate with internal teams when required including operations, marketing, and sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with clubs, charities, and external partners.
Administration & Reporting:
- Assist with event preparation checklists and post-event reporting.
- Support post-event evaluations and feedback collection.
- Ensure high standards of presentation, organisation, and professionalism across all events.
Working Arrangements:
- Required to be in the office one day per week, another day may be required to pack van/ conduct props checklist.
- Weekend work is essential.
- Travel to events nationwide is required.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and support a fast-paced events team.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be 23 years of age or older at the time of application.
- Full clean driver’s licence.
- Previous events or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
