We’re getting ready to open the doors to something new — and we’re looking for people who want to be part of the journey from the very beginning.
The Hydro Hotel is a brand-new hotel opening, and while we’re incredibly excited about what we’re building, we’re also honest about where we are: this is a new opening, a growing team, and an evolving operation. We’re finding our rhythm, shaping our standards together, and creating an experience we can all be proud of.
That’s why we’re looking for Food & Beverage Assistants who are adaptable, warm, hard-working, and excited by the idea of helping shape something from the ground up.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role across our food & beverage spaces, supporting service and helping create a welcoming, relaxed, and memorable guest experience.
No two days will look exactly the same — especially in a new opening — so we’re looking for people who enjoy variety, teamwork, and a fast-moving environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
· Have previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
· Bring a positive attitude and enjoy working with people
· Are comfortable in a fast-paced environment
· Are flexible and willing to help where needed
· Communicate well and work well as part of a team
· Take pride in delivering great guest experiences
· Want to grow with a new hotel and be part of building something special
