Your new role
As a Finance Business Partner, your job will be to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, supporting key decision-making across a portfolio of projects. You will work closely with directors and operational teams to improve financial performance, provide commercial insight, and ensure strong financial governance.
Responsibilities will include:

Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial analysis and insights on project performance

Monitoring budgets, costs, profitability, and identifying risks and opportunities

Supporting pricing, bids, and commercial proposals through detailed modelling

Delivering forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis

Managing working capital, including billing and WIP
- Contributing to financial planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Strong experience in a Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance role

A background in a project-based or professional services environment is highly beneficial.

Strong financial modelling, analysis, and Excel skills

Ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders

Commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
